How do I know my waste will fit in?

Tell us on the phone what waste you have and we can advise you what size of skip would be best for you.

How long can I have the skip for?

In most cases skips can be kept for up to 2 weeks, but alternative arrangements can be made should you need it for a longer period.

Do you collect the skip on the same day as delivery?

Skips can be collected same day but this must be requested when booking.

Will the skip damage my drive?

Question this on the booking and we can arrange and advice on ground protection such as boards etc to minimise damage.

My skip will need to be positioned on the road, will I need a permit?

Yes, we will arrange for the necessary permit to be put in place.

Where does the waste go?

All skips are taken to licensed transfer stations where 80% of the waste is recycled and shipped in bulk to be re manufactured into its next role. Our van rubbish removal team also take all rubbish to waste transfer stations to go through the same procedure as the skips.

Please note, we ensure all the companies we deal with have all the required licences such as waste carriers licences and all the appropriate environmental permits in place to handle and control all the waste legally and in an environmentally friendly manner.

What payment methods do you accept?

National waste takes payment via Paypal online or by credit or debit card over the phone.

What happens if I need to cancel the booking?

Please see our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation policy.
